This form exists as an Exterior Inspection Only; the original 2055 was deleted from the roster of forms. The only difference between this form and the URAR is that no measurement of the subject is required as long as there is suitable MLS or Tax Card data that provides sufficient measurement data to complete the appraisal. This form is commonly used for home equity loans. This form may not meet certain lenders requirements. |
